Novak Djokovic is currently performing at an elite level UNPRECEDENTED for his age. How does he possibly do stay so fit. Haven’t you seen that he is predominantly on a carnivore diet? No you haven’t. That’s because he isn’t.
Novak consumes a predominantly plant-based diet and has said many times he does not eat red meat. And it clearly works for him.
My point is this. Over the last few days especially, you have seen so-called experts in the wellness space— rave about how certain diets are the ultimate way to achieve elite health and sports ability. When you see posts like this, please realize they are nonsense!
Whatever diet works for any human being is immensely personal. Different diets work for different people. And that goes for athletes as well. You will see a vast array of diets among top elite athletes, who are in peak health. They get their protein, carbohydrates, and fats from a variety of sources.
The only thing you will ever see in common with all of them? They eat a very ...
I had a choice to make this morning. I was under a big time crunch.
I had important work projects I wanted to finish off and had to be back home early for something else I needed to do. I knew I couldn’t get everything done. Plus, I wanted to go to the gym.
So I decided to do less work than I’d planned (frustrating for me!) but I still completed my one-hour gym session.
Before anyone misunderstands this post, I’m not sharing it to boast or to show how disciplined I am. I’m sharing it because I genuinely hope it inspires someone else to make their health a bigger priority.
Because my One Hour a Day Rule is non-negotiable.
Every day, we’re faced with choices. People often say they’re “too busy” to exercise.
In reality, it’s rarely about time. It’s about priorities. If something is a priority, you always find time for it.
This morning, I deliberately chose my health over getting more work done.
And I have zero regrets.
Your body is with you for life. Your work will still be there ...
Meditation, an ancient practice utilized for millennia in eastern cultures to foster mental and emotional well-being, encompasses a spectrum of techniques meticulously crafted to direct cognitive focus, induce relaxation, and elevate self-awareness. This contemplative art often finds its roots in mindfulness, concentration, or introspection—and manifests in diverse forms, such as mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness meditation, and transcendental meditation, to name a few.
Multiple empirical research studies have confirmed the substantial physical and mental health benefits associated with meditation. Let me review ten of these here, before we move onto how you can meditate and experience the full benefits:
1. Stress Reduction: Meditation is renowned for its potency in significantly mitigating stress, chiefly through
The eye-opening events of the last 3 years never fail to surprise. Just when I thought we couldn’t possibly find any more weirdness from The Science, during my research on COVID vaccines negatively affecting immunity, I found the following article while conducting my literature search:

The piece discussed the topic of cellular exhaustion of B-cells, the antibody producing leukocytes (white blood cells) in our bodies— focusing predominantly on how this occurs in HIV infection. It’s a relatively recent piece, published under a decade ago (2014). Take a look at the section in Blue below, highlighting our understanding of B-cell exhaustion.

It was clearly an area of interest in any state of unusual immune activation and inflammation. The main body of the article also discusses the well-known phenomenon of T-cell exhaustion (T-cells are another type of leukocyte, white blood cell, that work by killing entire infected cells):

As I discussed in my last article, immune exhaustion is a significant concern when we are thinking about repeat antigenic stimulations. And of course, every vaccine is an antigen stimulus to the body, which can be more of a problem in an ongoing activated immune microenvironment.

Did you get that? Let’s repeat: The authors of the study state that B-cell exhaustion is well established in conditions characterized by immune activation. They even mention immunization at the end, in the context of an antigenic stimulus.
But surely the next logical question answers itself: Namely, that repeat antigenic stimulations from vaccinations, especially in the context of an endemic virus, could also cause immune exhaustion of B-cells and T-cells.
So then, now comes the most interesting part. Who wrote this 2014 piece which wanted the world to know about immune cellular exhaustion?

Well, well, well— it’s The Science himself: Dr Anthony Fauci!
The revelations on this man know no bounds. How many issues has he flip-flopped on and repeatedly contradicted himself? How many issues has he blatantly lied about? From Natural Immunity and Masking, to Lockdowns and Vaccine Side-Effects— the major policy issues that he’s either done a 180 degree turn on, or failed to mention a significant concern—are astonishing. Now, add immune exhaustion to that list.
Have a great rest of week everyone.
