10 years ago I was a toast/cereal/fiber bar guy with no gym routine. How times have changed. 10 am today here’s what I’m about to eat. I’ve been working in the office since 6 am, tea and water only, about to go and do a 1 hour cardio workout in the gym so need some energy (I usually fast till the afternoon 4 days a week but not today):
1. Minimally processed Greek Yoghurt. Rich in protein and zero sugar (make sure I choose a brand low in sugar, you might want to as well)
2. Fresh organic wild blueberries, my daily medicine. Very rich in polyphenol and anthocyanin antioxidants.
3. Sprinkle of pistachios
4. Add the blueberries and pistachios to the yoghurt. Delicious
5. One peach. Healthy carbs with some fiber, enough energy for my workout
For my lunch around 1 pm I’ll have 4 scrambled eggs (pasture raised), 1 sourdough toast (with <4 ingredients on the bread label), 2 sticks of mozzarella cheese, some extra virgin olive oil, avocado. Salt and pepper on top

A horrific and tragic hospital event happened in Tennessee a few days ago. Patients undergoing routine joint replacement surgery were mistakenly injected with potassium instead of anesthesia.
Four patients were seriously injured. One 72-year old lady undergoing what she thought was a routine joint replacement, is now in the ICU, paralyzed.
As one medical-legal professional put it: “On a scale of 1 to 10, based on everything I’ve seen in my career, this is a 50.”
In our latest video, we break down exactly what happened, how such a catastrophic medical error could possibly occur— and, importantly, what every patient and family can learn from it:
Recently, I took care of a man in his 70s who had suffered a severe stroke. He had a complicated hospitalization.
When I spoke with his daughter, I asked what he had been like before this happened.
He was healthy and active. He ate well. Played tennis regularly. Still did some consulting because he loved his prior work. Spent time with his family. He was enjoying a full and purposeful retirement, living his best life.
Then, without warning, everything changed.
One moment he was happy and in his normal routine. The next, he was seriously ill in a hospital bed. After many years working as a doctor, I’ve seen versions of this story countless times. But this one stayed with me.
It reminded me just how unpredictable life is.
We can eat well, exercise, stay strong and do everything possible to tilt the odds in our favor. And certainly all those things are extremely important.
But we can never eliminate risk. Everyone probably has a story to tell of someone they knew who was very healthy, doing all the ...
Meditation, an ancient practice utilized for millennia in eastern cultures to foster mental and emotional well-being, encompasses a spectrum of techniques meticulously crafted to direct cognitive focus, induce relaxation, and elevate self-awareness. This contemplative art often finds its roots in mindfulness, concentration, or introspection—and manifests in diverse forms, such as mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness meditation, and transcendental meditation, to name a few.
Multiple empirical research studies have confirmed the substantial physical and mental health benefits associated with meditation. Let me review ten of these here, before we move onto how you can meditate and experience the full benefits:
1. Stress Reduction: Meditation is renowned for its potency in significantly mitigating stress, chiefly through
The eye-opening events of the last 3 years never fail to surprise. Just when I thought we couldn’t possibly find any more weirdness from The Science, during my research on COVID vaccines negatively affecting immunity, I found the following article while conducting my literature search:

The piece discussed the topic of cellular exhaustion of B-cells, the antibody producing leukocytes (white blood cells) in our bodies— focusing predominantly on how this occurs in HIV infection. It’s a relatively recent piece, published under a decade ago (2014). Take a look at the section in Blue below, highlighting our understanding of B-cell exhaustion.

It was clearly an area of interest in any state of unusual immune activation and inflammation. The main body of the article also discusses the well-known phenomenon of T-cell exhaustion (T-cells are another type of leukocyte, white blood cell, that work by killing entire infected cells):

As I discussed in my last article, immune exhaustion is a significant concern when we are thinking about repeat antigenic stimulations. And of course, every vaccine is an antigen stimulus to the body, which can be more of a problem in an ongoing activated immune microenvironment.

Did you get that? Let’s repeat: The authors of the study state that B-cell exhaustion is well established in conditions characterized by immune activation. They even mention immunization at the end, in the context of an antigenic stimulus.
But surely the next logical question answers itself: Namely, that repeat antigenic stimulations from vaccinations, especially in the context of an endemic virus, could also cause immune exhaustion of B-cells and T-cells.
So then, now comes the most interesting part. Who wrote this 2014 piece which wanted the world to know about immune cellular exhaustion?

Well, well, well— it’s The Science himself: Dr Anthony Fauci!
The revelations on this man know no bounds. How many issues has he flip-flopped on and repeatedly contradicted himself? How many issues has he blatantly lied about? From Natural Immunity and Masking, to Lockdowns and Vaccine Side-Effects— the major policy issues that he’s either done a 180 degree turn on, or failed to mention a significant concern—are astonishing. Now, add immune exhaustion to that list.
Have a great rest of week everyone.
