The simplest life-changing habit.

If I was 10 pounds overweight and wanted to change things up and improve my health and energy levels — but felt overwhelmed at the prospect of making major changes to my life, the one easy, simple thing I would start doing immediately would be to:

WALK MORE

That’s it as a starter.

Walking is an absolute superpower – – and actually quite addictive. Modern day humans have lost this simple habit.

Walk in the mornings. Walk in the afternoons. Walk in the evenings. But especially, walk after meals.

Not only is this physiologically really good for you, burns calories, but it’s also amazing for the mind. You will find yourself being able to relax more, having a clearer head, and maybe also realizing that many of your lifestyle issues and weight gain are related to not ideal mental health. It’s almost impossible to go for a nice long walk, and not feel more relaxed afterwards!

Furthermore, there’s strong evidence of a direct effect in reversing insulin resistance, which is driving a lot of your weight gain and poor energy level levels (if you would like to understand the science of insulin resistance better, here’s an explanation: https://metthrive.com/what-is-insulin-resistance )

WALK!

5 CRITICAL Hospital Survival Tips (You’ll NEED THIS One Day)
00:19:41

Do you know that only one night of poor sleep, can really set your health back and set of a cascade of inflammation and higher insulin levels?

Who hasn’t had the experience of being exhausted, having an amazing night’s sleep and feeling amazing afterwards?

That’s because from an insulin resistance standpoint, poor sleep is devastating.

After just one night of poor sleep (only one night!)— your insulin sensitivity measurably drops. Your body becomes temporarily more insulin resistant. Your cortisol rises and your hunger hormones go haywire (ghrelin spikes and leptin crashes). This often leaves you ravenous and reaching for sugar and carbohydrates before you've even had your morning tea or coffee! Your willpower and decision-making (the foundations of your well-being), which are controlled by the prefrontal cortex, are already compromised before your day has even begun.

I know it’s very tough for very busy people – – but if you want to be healthy you do need to prioritize ...

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but it’s OK to disagree with your doctor and not do what they say if it doesn’t sound right to you.

Outside of an emergency situation, never feel any pressure to do what your doctor says. Take your time, do research, get second opinions—AND HECK YES— ask AI !!

The era of some doctors thinking they know it all, acting like arrogant pricks, and having a monopoly on knowledge is well and truly over

The fact that people are seriously talking about AI replacing doctors, says more about the medical profession than it does about AI.

MEDITATION
Enormous Proven Benefits For Your Health & My Recommendations On How You Can Meditate

Meditation, an ancient practice utilized for millennia in eastern cultures to foster mental and emotional well-being, encompasses a spectrum of techniques meticulously crafted to direct cognitive focus, induce relaxation, and elevate self-awareness. This contemplative art often finds its roots in mindfulness, concentration, or introspection—and manifests in diverse forms, such as mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness meditation, and transcendental meditation, to name a few.

Multiple empirical research studies have confirmed the substantial physical and mental health benefits associated with meditation. Let me review ten of these here, before we move onto how you can meditate and experience the full benefits:

1.    Stress Reduction: Meditation is renowned for its potency in significantly mitigating stress, chiefly through

Well, look who wrote this article on B-cell immune exhaustion…

The eye-opening events of the last 3 years never fail to surprise. Just when I thought we couldn’t possibly find any more weirdness from The Science, during my research on COVID vaccines negatively affecting immunity, I found the following article while conducting my literature search:

The piece discussed the topic of cellular exhaustion of B-cells, the antibody producing leukocytes (white blood cells) in our bodies— focusing predominantly on how this occurs in HIV infection. It’s a relatively recent piece, published under a decade ago (2014). Take a look at the section in Blue below, highlighting our understanding of B-cell exhaustion.

It was clearly an area of interest in any state of unusual immune activation and inflammation. The main body of the article also discusses the well-known phenomenon of T-cell exhaustion (T-cells are another type of leukocyte, white blood cell, that work by killing entire infected cells):

As I discussed in my last article, immune exhaustion is a significant concern when we are thinking about repeat antigenic stimulations. And of course, every vaccine is an antigen stimulus to the body, which can be more of a problem in an ongoing activated immune microenvironment.

But let’s go straight to the conclusion summary of this particular article:

Did you get that? Let’s repeat: The authors of the study state that B-cell exhaustion is well established in conditions characterized by immune activation. They even mention immunization at the end, in the context of an antigenic stimulus.

But surely the next logical question answers itself: Namely, that repeat antigenic stimulations from vaccinations, especially in the context of an endemic virus, could also cause immune exhaustion of B-cells and T-cells.

So then, now comes the most interesting part. Who wrote this 2014 piece which wanted the world to know about immune cellular exhaustion?

Well, well, well— it’s The Science himself: Dr Anthony Fauci!

The revelations on this man know no bounds. How many issues has he flip-flopped on and repeatedly contradicted himself? How many issues has he blatantly lied about? From Natural Immunity and Masking, to Lockdowns and Vaccine Side-Effects— the major policy issues that he’s either done a 180 degree turn on, or failed to mention a significant concern—are astonishing. Now, add immune exhaustion to that list.

Have a great rest of week everyone.

COVID vaccines negatively affecting the Immune System
A summary of my findings
Following my recent trip to the United Kingdom, when I heard about the experiences of two close friends (one of whom is a physician), a story that I have already shared with you, I resolved to independently investigate potential mechanisms by which COVID vaccines could have a negative impact on immunity.
Unfortunately, we live in an anti-science era, led by some of our supposed prestigious academic institutions, who operate in an environment of fear and intimidation— pushed by corrupted interests and financial conflicts of interest. A tragic (and pathetic) state of affairs that stifles scientific debate, discourages asking questions, and investigating issues that we should be looking into.
However, that will not stop me and I am determined to keep looking into this. I have conducted a literature review, reading case reports and research studies. What I’ve found so far has been highly interesting and I wanted to summarize some of these preliminary findings with you here.

There have been numerous published case reports in the literature of COVID vaccines being directly linked to shingles (reactivation of Varicella Zoster virus), glomerulonephritis (kidney inflammatory disease), IgA vasculitis (inflammation of blood vessels), BCG scar reactivation (initial scar from tuberculosis vaccine), uveitis (inflammation of the middle layer of the eye), and reactivation of certain cancers.

So far, significant attention has been given—at least in curious and open scientific circles—to myocarditis and thromboembolic (blood clot risk) risk. The question is, why shouldn’t equal attention be given to the potential deleterious impact on immunity, which could be mediated by a number of different mechanisms?

In late 2021, The European Medicines Agency warned that frequent COVID boosters could negatively impact the immune system. However, we have frequently been told in the United States and other nations, that “there’s no such thing as too many boosters”. Mainstream Media Establishment publications have stated this repeatedly after speaking to so-called experts.
But things do get interesting when we are looking into this logically, rationally, and with scientific inquiry. Now for the sake of humanity, I hope I am wrong, especially as around 13 billion vaccine doses have been administered worldwide. 400 million Pfizer mRNA vaccine doses have been administered in the USA alone. A majority of these are 2nd, 3rd and subsequent doses.

I am going to dive into some science now and share with you some hypotheses. First let’s start by thinking about the complexity of the immune system….
